The owner of WWW.MINDBODYCOMMUNITY.CO (hereinafter Webshop) is MBCCBD OÜ (registry code 14798243), located in Talinn, Estonia.
Validity of Sales Contract, Commodity and Price Information
The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Webshop.The prices indicated on the Webshop are in EUR, including VAT. They do not include any additional fees that may be required by applicable legislation. (eg VAT abroad). Fees for delivery of goods are additional and are displayed when placing an order on the Webshop. The delivery fee will vary depending on the purchaser’s location.
Payments by card are due immediately. In case of prepayment by bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days of the order, the latter will be shipped after receipt of the full amount due. In the absence of payment on time, the order will be cancelled. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data it provides on the Site.
To order goods, the Customer must add the desired products to the cart. All required data fields must be completed and the desired delivery method selected. The amount of the delivery fee that can be paid via the bank link or by invoice is then displayed. The Agreement enters into force upon the money arriving to the Webshop’s bank account. The sale is completed and the contract concluded – as soon as the Webshop sends an order confirmation to the Customer by e-mail.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods running out or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days of the sending of the notice. MindBodyCommunity reserves the right, in its free and complete discretion, to refuse an order, particularly in the event of insufficient stocks, unpaid invoices or insolvency. MindBodyCommunity is not required to indicate the reasons for its refusal. The validity of orders placed by the Purchaser may be subject to maximum or even minimum amounts.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Webshop within 14 days. It is not possible to return opened or damaged products.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as they are permitted to be tested in a physical shop.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Webshop shall have the right to reduce the refund due to the decrease in the value of the goods – this may be zero if the product is rendered unusable for future sale.
To return the goods, you must send a written email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.The cost of returning the goods is paid by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g a wrong or defective item). The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the above mentioned email or provide proof that the goods have been delivered within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods to the supplier, the Webshop will refund the Customer immediately. The Webshop may refuse to make refunds until the subject matter of the contract has been recovered or until the Customer has provided proof that it has returned the item, whichever comes first. If the Customer has explicitly opted for a different way of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop does not need to return the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost of the traditional delivery method.
Right to file a claim
The Webshop is not responsible for any damages that occur after the goods have been delivered to the Customer. If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is responsible, the Webshop shall repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webstore shall return to the buyer all fees due to the sales contract. The Webshop will respond to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Webshop uses the personal data entered by the Customer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the Customer. The Webshop transmits only the name and address details to the relevant supplier in order to deliver the goods. The Webshop will send the Customer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to subscribe to the Webshop’s marketing materials. The Customer may at any time waive their subscription to marketing materials from the Webshop by unsubscribing or indicating their desire to cancel to the Webshop.
If the Customer has any complaints about the Webshop, they are to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Customer and the Webshop are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the Customer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. Procedural conditions can be accessed and the application filed here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the Customer and the Webshop. Reviewing the Customer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
